What is the turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after the product arrives. Rush delivery in 48 hours is available for an extra fee.
Do you post the videos on your own channels?
UGC packages are for your channels and ads. If you also want a post on my Instagram or TikTok, that is a separate collaboration and priced by reach.
What do usage rights mean?
Organic usage lets you post the video on your brand accounts and website. Paid usage lets you run it as an ad. Prices above include organic use; paid usage is an add-on priced per 30 days.
Can I send a brief and a script?
Yes. I work from your brief, or I write the concept and hook for you. Either way you approve the script before filming.

Skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, candles and wellness. I only work with products I would genuinely use, which is why the videos feel real.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to book the slot, 50% on delivery. Invoices are sent via Stripe. Net-30 is available for agencies and ongoing partners.
