Intellectual property
All text, videos, images and downloads on this site are owned by us unless stated otherwise. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. You may not republish, resell or redistribute our content or downloads without written permission.
Digital products
When we sell digital products (templates, brand lists, courses), access is delivered by email after payment through our payment provider. Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are offered within 14 days only if the product was not accessed or is materially not as described.
UGC services for brands
Video production work is governed by the written quote and agreement sent for each project. Unless that agreement says otherwise: a 50% deposit reserves the slot and is non-refundable once filming has started; the balance is due on delivery; usage rights are limited to what the quote lists (organic use by default, paid usage for the period purchased); we retain the right to show delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask for confidentiality in writing before delivery.
