Privacy Policy

UGCtip ("we", "us") is operated by Anastasiia, New York City. This policy explains what data we collect on ugctip.com and why. Short version: as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Newsletter signups. Your email address and, optionally, your first name, when you subscribe through a form on this site. Stored and sent via Kit (ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
  • Brand inquiries. The details you type into the contact form (name, email, company, budget, message). Delivered to our inbox by email through Resend and kept only as long as needed to answer you and manage a project.
  • Analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that do not use cookies and do not store personal data. We see aggregate page views, referrers and countries, never individuals.
  • Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses to deliver the site and block abuse, per Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.
  • We do not share your details with brands or other creators without asking you.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores one small value in your browser's local storage to remember that you closed the newsletter popup, so it does not appear again for a week. No cookies are set by us for tracking.

Third-party services

Kit (email), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, bot protection) and Plausible (analytics). Payment processing for digital products, when offered, is handled by the payment provider named at checkout; we never see your card details.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Emailhello@ugctip.com and we will reply within 30 days. EU/UK visitors have the rights described in GDPR; California residents have the rights described in CCPA.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will update this page when something changes and adjust the date above.
